Refunds/Exchanges

At Abayas by Nyssa, we strive to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. Please read our policy carefully:

No Refunds or Exchanges

  • Hygiene Policy: We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene purposes.
  • Reduced Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased at a reduced price.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch to ensure the best quality. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at abayasbynyssa@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damage).
  2. Return Process: Once the return is accepted:
    • A prepaid shipping label will be provided for faulty items.
    • Items must be sent back within 5 days in their original packaging.
    • Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition.

International Orders – Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All sales are final once your order has been placed.

Before purchasing, please ensure you have selected the correct size, color, and item, as we are unable to process refunds or replacements for any reason. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will do our best to assist you.

Important Notes

  • Refunds for faulty items will exclude shipping fees.
  • If items are found to have been worn, we reserve the right to reject your return. In this case:
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for the item to be sent back to you.
