If you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:
- Report the Fault: Email us at abayasbynyssa@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a clear description of the fault and proof (photos or videos) to assist our team in resolving the issue promptly.
- Condition of Return: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. If the returned item is found to have been worn, your return will be rejected, and you will need to pay for shipping to have the item sent back to you.
